Mornings at the beach are always a bit of a surprise. The waves, the sun, even the people are different with every visit. This photo was taken on a July morning when I was walking along the shore, just looking for details that stood out to me. At this particular beach, there are a few rock formations, and that day I noticed how the waves were crashing against them. The lighting isn’t as bright in this picture as in some of the others I took (I plan to share those later), but I still think there’s a lot to notice about how the different elements of the beach work together.
